Furnace device "Teplodar" 100.

Some of the best-selling models are the Siberia wood-burning stoves. The Teplodar sauna stove of this model range has earned a reputation as a reliable and easy-to-use device. The units of this model range are distinguished by record dynamics and quickly heat the air up to 140 ° C at low air humidity. Rapid heating of the air is ensured by the unique design of the casing-convector.

The furnace of Siberia stoves is made of chromium steel that can withstand maximum temperatures, and a register-heat exchanger built into some models allows you to heat water in a special tank, which is taken out to a separate room. Water can be connected both on the right and on the left.

For those who love different types of steam, the developers of the manufacturing company have created Sahara ovens. The design of Sahara woodburning stoves allows you to additionally install a register-heat exchanger or a water tank. Good dynamics of air heating is ensured by a high casing-convector - it perfectly heats and disperses the air.

For admirers of the traditional Russian bath and the ideal balance between humidity and temperature, stoves of the Rus series have been developed. The volumetric convection-ventilated stove (open stove) ensures an even distribution of heat and is designed so that the load of stones on the chimney header is minimal. Among the furnaces of this manufacturer, the grid-type furnace is represented by the Siberian Utes model.

Design features

Furnace design "Teplodar" cascade.

In Teplodar grid furnaces, high efficiency and the maximum rate of air temperature rise are provided through the use of a perforated convector. Such a convector provides a direct air flow and intense infrared heating of a large number of stones.

Light steam is generated using a multi-section steam generator. In just 50 minutes, instead of the usual 3 hours, the bath will be ready! Thanks to these qualities of the stove, bath Teplodar reviews have the most positive.

The Rus and Siberia models are also presented in panoramic versions. Panoramic devices Siberia create a classic sauna climate with high temperature (100 - 140 ° C) and low humidity. The air heats up to 100 ° C in 30 minutes thanks to the increased area of the convection sections. The panoramic furnace Rus has a steam generator, a water supply dispenser, a large fuel channel, and a transparent door.

All of them are small and relatively light - from 32 to 52 kg. The volume of the water tank ranges from 55-80 liters, and the chimney diameter is 115 mm. The minimum weight of the stones to be laid is 25 kg, the maximum - 90 kg.

Brief description of the design

The ridge of this type of oven is compactness. Indeed, with very modest overall dimensions, and in some designs, the width and depth of the oven may not exceed 500 mm, such a unit can be easily placed in the corner of the smallest dressing room, and there will still be room for dancing. But is compactness as good as it seems at first glance? Furnaces of this type belong to the old, well-proven in practice, class of simple stoves - bourgeois, which we have already talked about. The distinctive features of products of this type include: simplicity, compactness and sufficient heating efficiency. Our heroine is not devoid of positive moments:

  1. As we mentioned, it is very compact. However, due to the vertically oriented firebox, it can accept logs up to 500 mm in length. Quite a decent result.
  2. Many manufacturers equip such a stove with a hob, with typesetting rings, as a result of which a fairly universal heating device is obtained, with the ability to cook or heat food. Due to the fact that the firebox is vertical, the high temperature of the hob allows it to be used very effectively in this role.
  3. Most modern designs are declared by manufacturers as long burning ovens. It is clear that no one can take their word for it in this life, but nevertheless, even theoretically existing such a possibility is welcomed.
  4. Many models have a combustion chamber equipped with heat-resistant glass. At least, the current fuel balance and the course of combustion processes in the furnace can be observed.
  5. Due to its compact size and low weight, there is no need to build a foundation for such a furnace. Enough underfloor leaf.
  6. In addition to its compactness, the oven has a sufficient level of mobility, so it can be moved by two people or one well-fed pork chops.
  7. According to the manufacturer's assurances, the product is capable of heating and adjacent to the main premises, due to the presence of convection outlets.

Specifications: truth and fiction

Judging by the official data, the Teplodar vertical stove is capable of heating from 70 to 120 sq.m. useful area. More than a decent result. Theoretically, such a stove is capable of heating not only a rest room in an average bath, but also a full-fledged bath complex. And the function of long burning, in turn, is able to minimize the fuel loading with a frequency of 1 time per night, and 2 more times, during the rest of the day. In addition to all the other pleasant little things and bonuses, the firebox is made of heat-resistant steel, and the glass in place of the furnace door, which allows "to fully enjoy the play of tongues of flame." And how really? Let's go in order:

  • The declared power is characterized by a purely convection type of heating the internal volume of the room. That is, due to the natural circulation of heated air streams, it is heated. From the school physics course, we remember that the power of the furnace is determined by the calorific value of the fuel and the efficiency, which determines the maximum possible use and distribution of the received calories or joules of thermal energy in the space of the closed volume of the room, without taking into account its thermal insulation qualities. Taking 5 kg of conditioned dry birch firewood as a basis, we can get a certain amount of energy from their combustion, and it does not matter if they burn in 1 hour or 8. Proceeding from this, one can quite rightly doubt the declared heat generation by the product, in the mode long burning;
  • Convection heating is a very specific thing. The distribution of heat flows occurs arbitrarily, according to the laws of thermodynamics and the free outflow of heated air masses. Naturally, the heat will follow the path of least resistance, which means that it is possible that some zones will remain unheated as a result of the formation of so-called "convection pockets";

Attention! This type of heating is designed to quickly heat up the air in the room, but in order for the elements of the bath structure to gain sufficient temperature: the floor, walls, ceiling, much more energy and time are needed. In our case, the rule is appropriate: "warm - while you drown."

  • Low weight, in the presence of a number of positive aspects, can play a negative role. Let's say the weight of a stove, which for a certain model is 39 kg.The manufacturer claims to use heat-resistant steel as a material for the manufacture of a furnace. Steel has good thermal conductivity but low heat capacity. Accordingly, such an oven will quickly warm up, but it will also cool down quickly. The smaller the mass of the metal, the lower its specific heat. Do you want to make sure that it is alloy heat-resistant steel, and not a banal structural steel, is used in the design of the furnace? Conduct an elementary “test of steel for a spark”. It is possible that there will be surprises;
  • The most lightweight design, as a rule, is a sure sign of its low resource. The manufacturer gives a guarantee for 12 months from the date of purchase of the product. This means that objectively it is not worth counting on the long-term operation of the furnace. Some sophisticated bath attendants, stoves of such an ultra-light design, are called "made of foil", thus subtly alluding to the unnecessarily thin body of the firebox and the entire structure as a whole;
  • The glass door is undoubtedly a beautiful and bright design solution, however, operating practice shows that glass is very susceptible to contamination with volatile fractions, primarily in the long burning mode. It is necessary either to periodically bring the oven to the "forward run" mode with laying briquettes or logs closer to the glass, or wipe the glass with ash that does not contain abrasive particles;
  • It is worth carefully monitoring the moment so that the door is tightly closed with the latch, otherwise the abundant flow of air quickly accelerates the stove in "forward flow" to high temperatures, while fragments of burning particles can be fired at a distance of up to 150 cm. Spruce firewood is especially sinful with this;
  • And the last thing. The manufacturer claims that the oven of this design has an increased generation of heat waves in the infrared range. Objective instrumental control using thermal imaging equipment with an infrared flow detector did not reveal any characteristic features. Everything happens in a completely standard and predictable mode. A subtle marketing ploy?

Important! It is not easy to objectively assess the operation, efficiency and heat transfer of a furnace with one or two ducts. Much depends on the quality of firewood, their conditional indicators and, to a large extent, on the calorific value of the wood itself.
